The thing about being a source of inspiration, is you don't realize you are, you never look at yourself as one, and you only chose to be who YOU are in every way. It's when you turn your head the other direction and listen to the voices that say how great you are, that you lose sight of WHO YOU ARE and become something void of a foundation, a floating idea that in turn begins searching for its own inspiration to continue to inspire. A groundless, mindless, soulless thing that is searching left and right for itself because it lost sight long ago when it said goodbye to the things that made it who it was. Do you think it's the loss of humility? The dipping of ones ego into a sinful pool of conceit? Then begins the depressing downward spiral and not because you have begun to let others down but because you realize you gave up your soulful passions for all things greater than life for short-lived glory and fame. You sold out. You caved. And for nothing. I can only imagine this...
